The intensive personalized mentoring and coaching program will allow the trio to become strong, confident educators from DAY ONE!
The alternative certification program powered by Texas Tech University College of Education and requires a bachelor's degree, certification test, and lesson presentations within the district. Once the requirements are met, candidates then apply through Texas Tech and makes a 3 year commitment to the program.
