Charli Grope - Snyder Primary School

Mrs. Charli Grope consistently ensures every student feels welcome and valued. Before the school year began, she took on numerous responsibilities to ensure a smooth start, building relationships with nearly every family and knowing students by name. Her behind-the-scenes work and passion make her a vital part of Snyder Primary School.

Prissy Facio - Snyder Intermediate School

Ms. Prissy Facio is the heart of Snyder Intermediate School, with her positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist in any situation. She arrives each day ready to make a difference, going the extra mile to support staff, students, and parents. Her strong work ethic and uplifting spirit make her an irreplaceable team member.

Dana Durst - Snyder Junior High School

Ms. Dana Durst, a paraprofessional with nearly 20 years of service, supports 7th-grade math students with unwavering persistence. She provides one-on-one assistance, fosters success in large classrooms, and helps implement High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). Her dedication and positivity greatly impact Snyder Junior High School.

Alan Gillespie - Snyder High School

Mr. Alan Gillespie is a true leader and team player at Snyder High School. His mentorship, positive attitude, and willingness to support students and staff stand out. Whether welcoming new staff or guiding students, Mr. Gillespie exemplifies leadership and dedication.

Ms. Lupe Chavez - Snyder Junior High School


With nearly 20 years at Snyder Junior High, Ms. Lupe Chavez has been a constant source of support and kindness. In roles ranging from classroom aide to campus secretary, she has created a welcoming and efficient environment. Her dedication and reliability make her a cherished member of the SJHS team.

Ms. Elizabeth Hermosillo - Snyder Intermediate School


A 4th-grade teacher known for her creativity and commitment, Ms. Hermosillo creates engaging lessons, such as recreating dishes from the book Letters from Heaven. Whether managing additional classes or supporting colleagues, her positivity and dedication inspire all those around her.

Holly Martinez - Snyder Primary School

Holly Martinez is an exceptional teacher and team leader at Snyder Primary School. Known for her expertise, humor, and grace under pressure, she has navigated a semester filled with changes while remaining steadfast in her commitment to students and colleagues.

Ms. Emily Beaver - Snyder High School

As a Counselor at Snyder High School, Ms. Beaver has been a calm and consistent presence. She ensures every student is supported academically and emotionally, handles countless responsibilities, and serves as a trusted advisor to her peers. Her quiet strength and empathy leave a lasting impact.

Melissa Gutierrez - Operations Department

Melissa Gutierrez ensures Snyder ISD operates smoothly by managing transportation and stepping in wherever needed. Her problem-solving skills, caring attitude, and teamwork make her an invaluable part of the district.

Shana Robbins - Snyder Primary School

Shana Robbins exemplifies student-centered teaching, whether learning Braille for a visually impaired student or helping struggling readers succeed. Her resilience and positivity inspire students and colleagues alike.
