Israel Chaparro and Carlos Galindo, both Juniors at Snyder High School, won the Franchise Business Plan competition and are advancing to state! Also competing were Isabella Martinez, a Sophomore, and Sylvia Martinez, a Senior in the Entrepreneur Innovation Plan.
